SHARING THE PLAN OF SALVATION 

 

We are all called by God to be ministers (II Cor. 5:18). This does not mean that we are all called to be preachers or to the same office.  However, each born again believer should be able to at any time share the plan of salvation with an unsaved person. Here are a few scriptures that you should always share.

 

A.      God loves you-John 3:16 

b.       You are a sinner-Rom. 3:23 

1.       Born with a sin nature-Ps.51:5 

2.       No-one is good enough without Christ-Matt.19:17, Is. 64:6 

3.       Sin is 

a.       transgression of Gods law (the  Word)-I John 3:4 

b.       unbelief, because it calls God a liar-I John 5:10 

c.       active or passive rebellion against God-Is. l:2-4 

c.       all unrighteousness-I John 5:17 

e.       not doing what you know to be good-James 4:17 

C.      The wages of sin is death-Rom. 6:23 

D.      Christ has already paid the penalty for you—Rom.5:6-8 

1.       He became sin for you-II Cor. 5:21 

2.       He died for your sins-I Cor. 15:3 

E. You can he saved by  Faith in Christ-Acts 16:30-31 

1.       Rom. l:16 

a.       The Gospel is 

i.        Christ died

ii.       Christ was buried

iii.       Christ rose again 

F.  You can be saved and know it-I John 5:10-13 

G.  Would you like to be saved? - Rom. l0:9-10 

H.  Other important scriptures 

1.   Obedience-Acts 5:29, Matt. 6:24 

2.   Go to church - Heb. 10:23-25 

3.   Must endure to death -Matt. 24:13 

4.   There is an enemy - I Peter 5:8 

a.     Submit to God and resist the Devil-James 4:7 

b.     Spirit in you is greater-I John 4:4 

5.   If you sin, confess immediately-I John 1:9 

6.   Know that God is now your Father and that He loves you as His child-Rom.   8:16-17.
